Composition

active ingredient: sodium chloride;

1 ml of solution contains 6.5 mg of sodium chloride;

Effectively moisturizes the nasal mucosa, thins thick mucus, softens dry scales in the nose and promotes their easy removal.

Highly purified, stabilized 0.65% sodium chloride solution corresponds as closely as possible to natural nasal secretions. Buffer substances included in the preparation bring the pH of the solution closer to the pH of the natural secretory fluid of the nasal mucosa and maintain this indicator at a constant level.

No-Sol moisturizer improves the sense of smell and the transport function of the ciliated epithelium, helps restore nasal breathing, shortens the rehabilitation period, and allows you to reduce the dose and frequency of use of topical vasoconstrictors.

Used for newborns, children and adults.

for hygienic care of the nasal cavity, prevention and comprehensive treatment of diseases of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses, which are accompanied by dryness of the nasal mucosa or the formation of mucus (atrophic, allergic, infectious, medicinal rhinitis); as an auxiliary agent when using local vasoconstrictors; to eliminate dryness of the mucous membrane of the nose, caused by the operation of air conditioners, including car or central heating radiators, during air flights; after surgical interventions in the nasal cavity and sinuses.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to any components of the drug.

Method of administration and doses

Adults - 2 injections, children over 1 year old - 1-2 injections; children under 1 year old - 1 injection into each nasal passage 3-4 times a day for therapeutic purposes, for hygienic purposes - 1-4 times a day.

The course of treatment is up to 4 weeks. If necessary, the course of treatment can be repeated after a month.

Adults.

Make sure the bottle is intact. Before starting the procedure, wash your hands with soap and gently clear your nasal passages of secretions by blowing your nose quickly. To prevent the solution from leaking out, lie down and tilt your head back. To use, remove the protective cap from the bottle, place the sprayer in your nasal passage, press the pump-dispenser with a short, sharp movement, and, after pulling the sprayer out of your nose, squeeze it. During the injection, it is advisable to inhale slightly through your nose. After the injection, it is advisable to lie down with your head tilted back for 2-3 minutes. Remove any remaining solution from your face with cotton wool or a handkerchief.

Children.

Before starting the procedure, wash your hands with soap and gently clear the child's nose of mucus. After clearing the nose of mucus, insert the spray nozzle of "No-Sol Moisturizing" into each nasal passage. When injecting the spray into the right nostril, the child's head should be slightly tilted back and tilted to the right, and, conversely, the child's head should be tilted to the left when injecting the spray into the left nostril. The injection is done in a lying position. After the injection, the child should be seated and helped to clear the nose of liquefied mucus. The remaining solution should be carefully removed from the face with cotton wool or a handkerchief.

Children

Children should use under adult supervision.

Overdose

Cases of overdose, as well as any toxic or systemic reactions resulting from the use of the drug, have not been described.

Allergic reactions are possible in people with individual intolerance to the components of the drug.
