Active ingredients
The bark of the kraty, which is part of the dietary supplement "Nokamen", exhibits pronounced nephroprotective properties, diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects. The plant has the ability to dissolve urinary calculi. It has also been noted to have a pronounced immunomodulatory effect. Rhubarb rhizome has a strong diuretic effect, thereby contributing to the destruction and dissolution of stones in the kidneys, ureters and bladder. The plant also has antimicrobial activity, therefore it can relieve irritation of the bladder and inflammation of the mucous membrane of the urinary tract. Dolichos seeds actively dissolve urinary stones (mainly oxalate) and, having an analgesic effect, contribute to the removal of stones from the body naturally, thereby reducing the risk of surgical intervention. Soda ash helps to change the pH of urine towards alkalinity, which stimulates the dissolution of existing stones in the urinary tract and prevents the formation of new stones (oxalate and urate). The roots of the common berry also have a diuretic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and analgesic effect. Himalayan Shilajit is able to have a pronounced anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating and tonic effect. It has a beneficial effect on the urinary system in case of urinary incontinence, discomfort during urination. It promotes the rapid regeneration of the endothelium of the urinary tract after diseases. The fruits of the stem arch have a diuretic and antimicrobial effect, thereby preventing the formation of oxalates, and also dissolve urinary stones and contribute to the removal of their residues from the body. It is also known that the plant has a stimulating effect on sexual function. Rosemary herb exhibits antispasmodic properties and provides painless urination when taking Nokamen. Contraindications to use
Nokamen is contraindicated in the following cases:
Children's age (up to 18 years); intolerance to components; Pregnancy and lactation in women.
Dosage and administration
Nokamen should be taken 1-2 tablets 2 times a day after meals (morning and evening), with a glass of water.
The course of treatment is 45-60 days. The need for a repeat course or its continuation is determined exclusively by the doctor.

Do not exceed the daily dose. Nokamen does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Nokamen should not be taken if you have kidney stones with a diameter of more than 9 mm due to an increased risk of detachment. You should drink sufficient fluids while taking Nokamen.
