Pharmacodynamics
The drug Notta® reduces anxiety, feelings of fear, irritability, nervous tension and worry. It has a pronounced stress-protective effect.
It has a positive effect on the course of neurovegetative disorders: it reduces the frequency and intensity of attacks of headache, dizziness, rapid heartbeat and heart rhythm disturbances, nausea, difficulty breathing, a feeling of "coma" in the throat, pain in the chest and epigastrium, which occur as a result of nervous overstrain.
Normalizes sleep: makes it easier to fall asleep, improves the quality of night sleep, reduces the number of night awakenings; helps restore physiological sleep and the daily sleep-wake cycle, while not causing difficulty waking up or daytime drowsiness.
Reduces the manifestations of asthenia (lethargy, increased fatigue). Increases concentration, the ability to think clearly, improves memory.
Notta® improves individual compensatory capabilities of the psyche, working capacity, and resistance to psycho-emotional stress.

Indication
In the complex treatment of psychosomatic disorders and any conditions after nervous overstrain or stress, which are accompanied by restlessness, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, nervous exhaustion. In pediatrics: in the complex treatment of the consequences of perinatal CNS damage, hypertensive CSF syndrome, neurogenic bladder syndrome, vegetative dysfunction syndrome, asthenic symptom complex of various etiologies and syndrome of increased neuro-reflex excitability.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
Clinically significant interactions of Notta® with other drugs have not been established. The drug can be combined with any drugs and treatment methods.
When using Notta® simultaneously with psychotropic drugs (including tranquilizers, hypnotics), the intake and dose of the latter can be reduced under the supervision of a doctor. In complex therapy with other drugs, it is necessary to observe a pause between taking the drugs of at least 20 minutes.
An unhealthy lifestyle, the use of stimulants, and poor nutrition negatively affect the results of using homeopathic medicines.
Application features
Notta® does not cause drowsiness, daytime drowsiness, or disturbances of consciousness or sexual function, so it can be recommended for people of any profession, including those who require increased attention, rapid motor and mental reactions.
At the beginning of treatment with the drug, a slight increase in symptoms of the disease may occur (primary reaction). Such a reaction is not harmful and does not require discontinuation of the drug. If the symptoms do not disappear, the drug should be discontinued. After the disappearance of the primary reaction, the drug can be used again. If the symptoms worsen again, the drug should be discontinued.
Since NottaÒ contains herbal and other natural ingredients, a slight change in the taste, transparency, or color of the solution may occur during storage, which does not reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
Notta® oral drops should not be used in patients with alcohol dependence, as one dose of the drug (5/10 drops) contains 80/160 mg of alcohol.
The alcohol content should also be taken into account when using the drug by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and patients with a high risk of liver disease and the risk of epileptic seizures.
Long-term treatment with homeopathic medicines should be supervised by a homeopathic doctor, as symptoms may occur that are not listed in the instructions for medical use.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
There are no data on the use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Information on any risk to the fetus and child from the use of the drug during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not yet been registered. The drug should be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding only in cases where the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the possible risk to the fetus/child.
There are no data on the effect of the drug on reproductive function.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
Despite the alcohol content, the drug, in recommended doses, does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and mechanical devices.
Method of administration and doses
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 10 drops of the drug in its pure form or diluted in
1 tablespoon of water;
Children aged 2 to 12 years: 5-7 drops of the drug diluted in 1 tablespoon of water.
Take 3 times a day 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals.
At the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases requiring rapid relief of symptoms, the drug can be taken every half hour to an hour for adults and children over 12 years of age: 8-10 drops, for children aged 2 to 12 years: 3-5 drops diluted in 1 tablespoon of water until the condition improves, but no more than 8 times, after which it can be taken 3 times a day.
To enhance effectiveness, it is recommended to hold the drug in the mouth for some time before swallowing.
The course of treatment, depending on the severity of the condition and the duration of the disease, is 1-4 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated.
Children
The medicine should be prescribed to children aged 2 years and over.
Overdose
No cases of overdose have been registered.
Adverse reactions
Not detected. In exceptional cases, allergic reactions may occur in individuals with hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Expiration date
5 years.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.
Storage conditions
Store in a tightly closed bottle in the original cardboard packaging at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, out of the reach of children.
