Composition
active ingredients: 1 tablet contains: Avena sativa D1 74.5 mg, Phosphorus D12 37.2 mg, Chamomilla D12 37.2 mg, Coffea D12 37.2 mg, Zincum valerianicum D12 37.2 mg;
excipients: lactose monohydrate, potato starch, magnesium stearate.

The drug Notta® protects the nervous system from the harmful effects of increased stress and strain. It eliminates anxiety and feelings of fear, relieves nervous tension and restlessness.
The drug stabilizes the work of the autonomic nervous system and has a pronounced psychoactive effect without any sedative effects. Promotes the normalization of vegetative support and reactivity of the autonomic nervous system, provides a quick and stable effect on vegetative disorders. Restores disturbed physiological sleep and the circadian cycle (sleep-wakefulness): facilitates falling asleep, improves the quality of night sleep, without causing difficulties when waking up, inhibition or drowsiness during the day.
Notta® eliminates asthenic manifestations, strengthens the nervous system, and improves the tolerance of psycho-emotional stress.
Pharmacokinetics.
There are no data on pharmacokinetic properties.
Indication
Use for the treatment of neurosis-like and psychosomatic disorders accompanied by anxiety, internal tension, increased nervous excitability, confusion, and sleep disturbances.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity (allergy) to any component of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
Clinically significant interactions of Notta® with other drugs have not been established. The drug can be combined with any drugs and treatment methods.
When using Notta® simultaneously with psychotropic drugs (including tranquilizers, hypnotics), the intake and dose of the latter can be reduced under the supervision of a doctor. In complex therapy with other drugs, it is necessary to observe a pause between taking the drugs of at least 20 minutes.
Application features
1 tablet contains 226.6 mg of lactose monohydrate, therefore patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should consult a doctor before taking this medicine.
At the beginning of treatment with the drug, a short-term exacerbation of existing symptoms of the disease (primary reaction) is possible. Such a reaction is usually temporary. If the symptoms do not disappear, the drug should be discontinued. After the disappearance of the primary reaction, the drug can be used again. If the symptoms worsen again, the drug should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.
Since the drug Notta®, tablets, contains natural plant components, a slight change in the taste and color of the tablet may occur during storage, which does not lead to a decrease in the quality and effectiveness of the drug.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
At present, no particular risk of using the drug during pregnancy or breastfeeding has been identified. The drug can be used with caution during pregnancy or breastfeeding in cases where the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the possible risk to the fetus/child.
There are no data on the effect of the drug on reproductive function.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
Notta® does not cause drowsiness or drowsiness during the day, does not suppress cognitive functions, so it can be recommended for people of any profession, including those that require increased attention, rapid motor and mental reactions.
Method of administration and doses
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet 2 times a day;
children aged 6 to 12 years: ½ tablet 2 times a day.
To speed up recovery at the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases where rapid relief of symptoms is required, the drug can be taken 4 times a day. After the condition improves, use 2 times a day.
To achieve maximum effect, Notta® tablets are recommended to be taken between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal). It is recommended to keep the tablet in the mouth until completely dissolved.
If symptoms worsen or there is no improvement after 7 days of treatment, you should consult a doctor.
The duration of treatment depends on the course and severity of the disease and is determined by the doctor individually.
Children. Use the drug Notta®, tablets, for children from 6 years of age.
For the treatment of children aged 2 to 6 years, Notta® should be used in the form of drops.
Overdose
No cases of overdose have been identified.
Side effects
In exceptional cases, allergic reactions are possible in people with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug. In case of any adverse reactions, you should stop using the drug and consult a doctor.

5 years.

Store in the original cardboard packaging at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C. Keep out of the reach of children.
