Ingredients: Passionflower extract, hawthorn extract, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, lemon balm extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium shell (ethylcellulose, sodium, medium chain triglycerides, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, glycerin, starch.

Recommendations for use

It may be recommended by a doctor for use in dietary supplements as a source of trace elements, vitamins, and biologically active substances of plant origin for general strengthening of the body and creation of optimal metabolic conditions, in particular as a sedative of plant origin and a means for restoring the maternal organism and in case of vitamin O 6 deficiency.

With increased nervous excitability, nervous tension, irritability, anxiety and depression, functional manifestation of anxiety attacks with hyperventilation; increased fatigue, physical and mental overwork, asthenia, palpitations; sleep disorders, insomnia, depression, gastrointestinal tract spasms.

Novarest is usually well tolerated. Rare: allergic reactions, weakness. Pregnant women, nursing women, and children should take it only on the recommendation of a doctor.

Dosage and administration.

1 tablet 2-3 times a day. For sleep disorders and insomnia, it is recommended to take 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. Novarest should be taken orally, with plenty of water. The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
