NUTRANEKST UrineCare consists of three important components (D-mannose, fructooligosaccharides, cranberry extract) that support urinary tract health and control recurrent urinary tract infections. Use the complex to prevent bladder infections.

Cranberry extract contains condensed tannins or proanthocyanidins, which exhibit anti-microbial properties. Cranberries have a high concentration of organic acids that oxidize urine and prevent bacteria from settling on the bladder walls and substances, and therefore the development of urinary tract infections.

D-mannose is a natural alternative to antibiotics for the treatment or prevention of over 90% of urinary tract infections caused by E.coli bacteria.
