Food for Special Medical Purposes: Nutridrink Protein Neutral Flavour Enteral Nutrition is a liquid, ready-to-use mixture with a high protein and energy content for dietary nutrition in case of malnutrition (nutritional deficiency) for patients aged 6 years and older and adults.

Indications for use

In conditions associated with loss of appetite and/or refusal to eat: cancer, neurological diseases, mental disorders, liver, heart and lung diseases, HIV infection in the AIDS stage, the elderly. In diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (GI): mucositis, enteritis of various etiologies, in particular those caused by radiation and chemotherapy (cholecystitis, pancreatitis, fistulas). In the presence of partial obstacles to the passage of food: tumors and injuries of the head and neck, swallowing and chewing disorders (dysphagia), strictures and obstruction of various parts of the gastrointestinal tract.

In preparation for surgery, in the postoperative period and during rehabilitation.

Preparation for diagnostic procedures on the digestive tract, such as colonoscopy.

In the presence of burns, injuries, bedsores.

With increased protein and energy needs. Cystic fibrosis, epidermolysis bullosa.

With nutrient deficiency (malnutrition).

Method of application

Dosage: 1-3 vials per day, unless otherwise directed by a doctor.

Recommended period of use: The period of use is agreed with the doctor.

The product is ready to use, it is best consumed chilled. Shake well before use.

Nutridrink Protein should be drunk slowly due to its high osmolarity and the associated risk of diarrhea, especially when first used: 1 bottle over 20 minutes - 1 hour in small sips.

Special application

For enteral administration only! Do not use parenterally!

Administer only under the supervision of a physician!

Cannot be used as the sole power source.

Do not use for children under 6 years of age.

Use with caution in children aged 6 to 10 years.

Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.

Fluid intake should be monitored continuously to ensure adequate hydration.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place (+5 to +25°C) with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. After opening, close the bottle, store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
