Method of administration and recommended daily dose

Pour 1 teaspoon of oak bark with 200 ml (ml) of hot boiled water, cover and leave for 30 min (min), then strain, squeeze the residue to the strained broth. Bring the volume of the broth to 200 ml (ml) (1 cup) with boiled water. Shake the broth before use. Take 1/3 cup of the broth 3 times a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions for use

Not recommended for people with increased (individual) sensitivity to oak bark, women during pregnancy and breastfeeding, children under 12 years of age. Long-term use is not recommended - longer than 7 consecutive days.
