How to use

Wash your hands. Tear off the protective cap to remove the tampon without the applicator. Pull the inner tube of the applicator away from the outer tube towards you until it clicks (see diagram) to extend the tampon with the applicator to its full size. Hold the applicator by the outer tube with your thumb and middle finger and place the rounded end of the applicator near the entrance to the vagina. Gently spread the labia with the fingers of your free hand. The vaginal opening is located between the urethral opening and the anus. Gently insert the top of the applicator into the vagina at an angle until your fingers touch the body. Use your index finger to insert the inner tube of the applicator into the outer tube. The tampon is now in the correct position so that you cannot feel it. Remove the applicator tubes. The thread of the tampon return should remain outside. Make sure you remove both applicator tubes, then throw them away (do not flush the applicator down the drain as they are plastic) and wash your hands.
