ob® ProComfort™ Normal feminine hygiene tampons are designed for use on days with average discharge and provide up to 100% leakage protection.

How to use

Wash your hands. Open the protective cover to remove the tampon without the applicator. Pull the inner tube of the applicator towards you from the outer tube until you hear a click (see diagram), extending the tampon applicator to its full length. With your thumb and middle finger, grasp the outer tube of the applicator and position the rounded end of the applicator at the entrance to the vagina. Gently spread the labia with the fingers of your free hand. The vaginal opening is located between the urethral opening and the anus. Gently insert the top of the applicator into the vagina at an angle until your fingers touch the body. With your index finger, insert the inner tube of the applicator into the outer tube. The tampon is now in the correct position so that you cannot feel it. Remove the applicator tubes. The thread of the tampon return should remain outside. Make sure you remove both applicator tubes, then throw them away (do not flush the applicator down the drain as they are plastic) and wash your hands.
