How to use

Wash your hands. Tear the protective cover to remove the tampon without the applicator. Pull the inner tube of the applicator by the outer tube until you hear a “click” (see diagram) to push the tampon with the applicator out to its full size. With your thumb and middle finger, hold the applicator by the outer tube and position the rounded end of the applicator near the entrance to the vagina. Gently spread the labia with the fingers of your free hand. The vaginal opening is located between the urethral opening and the anus. Gently insert the top of the applicator into the vagina at an angle until your fingers touch the body. With your index finger, insert the inner tube of the applicator into the outer tube. The tampon is now in the correct position so that you cannot feel it. Remove the applicator tubes. The thread of the tampon return should remain outside. Make sure you remove both applicator tubes, then throw them away (do not flush the applicator down the drain as they are plastic) and wash your hands.
