Composition
1 drop contains: main ingredient: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 10 micrograms (μg); excipients: medium chain triglycerides (based on coconut and palm oil).

Description
VITAMIN D is an important vitamin for supporting the entire body of adults and children.
In recent years, there has been more and more research and new information about the beneficial properties of vitamin D. Vitamin D is a non-classical vitamin. It regulates about 2000 genes in the human body, participates in further metabolic processes, and also affects various body systems such as: immune, musculoskeletal, nervous, reproductive, respiratory and others. This is due to the fact that almost every cell has vitamin D receptors.
The most important function of vitamin D is to regulate the metabolism of calcium and phosphates, which contributes to the proper mineralization and growth of the skeleton, the formation of tooth enamel in infants, to maintain teeth in children in normal condition, and to prevent caries in adults. Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and the regulation of calcium levels in the blood. It is necessary for the functioning of the parathyroid glands, intestines, kidneys, and bone system. The concentration of calcium ions affects a number of important biochemical processes that maintain skeletal muscle tone, participate in the conduction of nervous excitation, and affect blood clotting. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, vitamin D3 must enter the body in the required amount. Women during menopause, who often suffer from osteoporosis.
Vitamin D also participates in the functioning of the immune system, affecting the production of lymphokines. It has been proven that vitamin D has an active effect on the structure and activation of antibodies, which contribute to greater resistance of the body to the effects of viruses and bacteria, as well as the fastest recovery from inflammatory diseases.
Vitamin D has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and protective properties, affecting the functioning of nerve fibers and neurons, preventing their destruction or malfunction. This helps improve memory, increase brain activity and concentration, stabilize emotional state, sleep, and helps adapt to new conditions more easily.
Healthy women and men need vitamin D for prevention and to support the functioning of the entire body throughout the year.
Recommendations for use
It may be recommended by a doctor as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of vitamin D3 for children from birth and older and adults for one year with the aim of:
- prevention and correction of vitamin D deficiency conditions and malabsorption;
- prevention of rickets in children and osteoporosis in adults;
- regulation of absorption and assimilation of calcium and phosphorus;
- normal growth and development of bones and teeth, prevention of caries in adults;
- functioning of the musculoskeletal, immune, nervous systems, etc.;
- for obesity or overweight in complex therapy.
Method of application
To use the drops, remove the cap with the tamper-evident ring from the bottle, insert the dispenser into the bottle and screw it onto the bottle. Before first use, press the dispenser several times until the first drop appears. To obtain the required dose of the product, discard the first 5 drops before first use. During subsequent use, press the dispenser firmly only once until it stops.
For full-term healthy infants (children aged birth to one year) and toddlers (children aged one to three years), children aged three to six years and older, inject 1 dose (one press of the dispenser) daily. For adults and the elderly, the dose may be changed on the recommendation of a doctor.
1 dose (one press of the dispenser) contains 10 micrograms (μg) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), which corresponds to 400 IU (IU) of vitamin D3.
For babies.
Use a dietary supplement by children, depending on the child's age and the way they can take it:
- inject directly into the child's mouth before feeding;
- add a teaspoon to drinking water, milk or baby food;
- apply to a pacifier and give it to the child for 20-30 minutes;
- Apply to the nipple of a nursing mother before feeding the baby.
Babies from 0 to 1 year old should take 1 dose per day in the same way they would take a dietary supplement.
For children and adults.
Adults and older children 1-2 doses per day or more (if recommended by a doctor) during meals.

Note: For children. When injecting the dietary supplement "Olidetrim Family", avoid contact of the dispenser with drinking water, milk, baby food, or the child's oral cavity.
Application features
Before use and during simultaneous use of any medications, a doctor's consultation is mandatory. Infants who are fed with adapted mixtures containing vitamins of group D in amounts of daily physiological need do not need to be given the additional dietary supplement "OlidetrimSimya". When mixed feeding, the doctor prescribes an individual daily dose of the dietary supplement "OlidetrimSimya", based on the calculation of the vitamin D content in adapted mixtures and breast milk, as well as in food products. Do not use simultaneously with drugs containing vitamins of group D. Before use and during use, it is necessary to monitor the calcium content in the urine.
Dietary supplement oil drops "Olidetrim Family" does not contain:

Reservation
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not use the dietary supplement "Olidetrim Family" after the expiration date.
