Composition
Active ingredients: 1 tablet contains - micronized flavonoid fraction 1000 mg (mg) - diosmin 900 mg (mg) and hesperidin 100 mg (mg).
Excipients: magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent); tablet coating absent.

Description
OPERON® 1000 is a phytopreparation for use as an additional source of natural bioflavonoids diosmin and hesperidin to promote: increased venous tone, better lymphotonic and angioprotective effects, reduced venous distensibility, improved microcirculation, reduced capillary permeability and increased capillary resistance, as well as improved lymphatic drainage and lymphatic outflow.
Diosmin is a semisynthetic bioflavonoid. It increases the vasoconstrictor effect of norepinephrine on the venous walls, which causes an increase in venous tone and, consequently, reduces venous capacity, distensibility and stasis. This increases venous outflow and reduces venous hypertension in patients suffering from chronic venous insufficiency. Diosmin improves lymphatic drainage by increasing the frequency and intensity of lymphatic vessel contraction and increases the total number of functional lymphatic capillaries. In addition, diosmin, together with hesperidin, reduces the diameter of lymphatic capillaries and intralymphatic pressure. At the microcirculatory level, diosmin reduces capillary permeability and increases capillary resistance, protecting the microcirculation from pathogenic influences. Diosmin reduces the expression of endothelial adhesion molecules (ICAM1, VCAM1) and inhibits leukocyte adhesion, migration and activation at the capillary level. This leads to a decrease in the release of inflammatory mediators, mainly free oxygen radicals and prostaglandins (E2, PGF2a).
There are a large number of clinical trials showing that diosmin is effective in all stages of venous insufficiency, including venous ulcers, and improves quality of life. It is possible that diosmin may have potential in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, and its anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic activities have been demonstrated in neuronal cells in vitro.
Hesperidin is a flavanone glycoside found in citrus fruits. It helps improve blood circulation when applied topically to the skin, strengthens capillaries, reduces puffiness, and refreshes dull complexion. Due to its high bioavailability and low molecular weight, it is able to provide rapid effects: relieve redness and the appearance of "vascular patterns", and helps resolve congestive phenomena (infiltrates). Hesperidin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
With systematic use, OPERON® 1000 helps reduce the severity of clinical manifestations of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities of organic and functional nature. The effectiveness of the combination of diosmin and hesperidin has also been proven in the manifestations of acute and chronic hemorrhoids.
Recommendations for use
It can be recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of natural bioflavonoids diosmin and hesperidin to promote: increased venous tone, better venotonic and angioprotective effects, reduced venous distensibility, improved microcirculation, reduced capillary permeability and increased resistance, as well as improved lymphatic drainage and lymphatic outflow.
Reservation
Hypersensitivity to individual components of the product, women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Before starting and when using with any medications, a doctor's consultation is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not use as a substitute for a complete diet.
Appropriate precautions for use. It is not recommended to use OPERON® 1000 in high doses for more than 2 months. During use, you should refrain from taking dietary supplements and/or medicines with diosmin and hesperidin due to the risk of overdose.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Due to the lack of clinical data on the use of OPERON® 1000 during pregnancy and breastfeeding, its use is not recommended during this period or only as prescribed and under the supervision of a doctor after consultation.
The ability to influence the reaction speed when driving or working with other mechanisms.
There is no data on the effect of OPERON® 1000 on the reaction speed when driving or working with other mechanisms.
Children.
The safety and efficacy of OPERON® 1000 in children have not been studied, therefore it is not recommended for use in children.
Do not exceed the recommended dose for consumption during the day.
The product is intended for adults only.
Method of administration and doses
Recommended duration of use: 30 days, further duration of use is agreed with the doctor.
Overdose
There are no reports of overdose, however, adverse reactions may occur. Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction with other tools and other types of interaction
Clinical studies of interactions with other dietary supplements and/or drugs have not been conducted.
Expiration date
2 years (24 months) from the date of manufacture. The best before date is indicated on the packaging.
Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging, in a dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children, at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C.
