Orcerin Plus is a dietary supplement for the musculoskeletal system.
Glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride is present in the human body and is used together with sulfates for the biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid of synovial fluid and glycosaminoglycans of the main substance of articular cartilage.
The mechanism of action of glucosamine sulfate is stimulation of the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans and, accordingly, articular proteoglycans. In addition, glucosamine exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, slows down the processes of degradation of articular cartilage mainly due to its metabolic activities, the ability to suppress the activity of interleukin 1 (IL-1), which, on the one hand, contributes to the effect on the symptoms of osteoarthritis, and on the other hand, delays structural disorders of the joints.
Methyl sulfonyl methane is an organic sulfur-containing compound, a key metabolite of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and contains 34% organic sulfur. MSM is a component of many endogenous proteins (including connective tissue proteins - collagen, elastin, keratin), hormones and other metabolically active compounds. MSM has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
Numerous foreign studies have shown that MSM promotes faster recovery of joints and muscles after physical exertion, has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-allergenic properties. MSM participates in the formation of connective tissue, collagen biosynthesis, which contributes to skin elasticity and muscle strengthening.
Diacerein exhibits analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory properties in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Diacerein and its active metabolite rhein have anti-inflammatory effects, while they do not inhibit prostaglandin synthesis and, therefore, do not have gastroduodenal side effects.
Diacerein inhibits the synthesis and release of various pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin 1, interleukin 6, interleukin 18 and tumor necrosis factor alpha), proteolytic enzymes (e.g., stromelysin collagenase), oxygen free radicals and other factors. Diacerein stimulates the synthesis of proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycans and hyaluronic acid, which are the main components of cartilage.
Diacerein slows the progression of synovial and joint destruction based on the mechanisms of action listed above.
Recommendations for use
It may be recommended by a doctor as a source of biologically active substances: glucosamine, methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM), diacerein, for conditions accompanied by degenerative-dystrophic changes in the joints and spine; to accelerate the formation of bone callus in fractures.
Method of application
Adults: 1 tablet per day after meals or as recommended by a doctor. Consult your doctor for the duration and possibility of repeated use. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Contraindication
Individual sensitivity to the components that make up Orcerin Plus, children under 18 years of age, pregnant women and women during breastfeeding.
