One capsule contains: calcium equivalent L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate - L-methylfolate - 800.0 mcg (mcg), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) - 200.0 IU (IU), calcium carbonate - 1250.0 mg (mg), metaquinone-7 (vitamin K2-7) - 45.0 mcg (µg), methylcobalamin - 1500 mcg (µg), zinc - 7.5 mg (mg), magnesium - 50.0 mg (mg).

Indications for use
