Active ingredients

Calcium participates in the formation of bone tissue, mineralization of teeth, blood clotting, regulation of nerve conduction and muscle contractions, and maintenance of stable cardiac activity.

Vitamin D 3 regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the body, as well as the process of building bone structure and teeth, improves the absorption of calcium in the body, which is necessary for the development of the musculoskeletal system. Calcium is distributed throughout the body and enters all organs and systems, most of it is deposited in the bones and excreted with feces (about 80%) and urine (about 20%).

Vitamin K2 activates a special protein – osteocalcin. It plays a very important role in the process of building bones and joints. By activating this protein, vitamin K2 makes bones denser and reduces the likelihood of fractures. Vitamin K2 also prevents calcification of arteries. It affects the protein MGP (Matrix Gla Protein), activating it. This protein removes calcium crystals from blood vessels. Thus, vitamin K2 ensures proper absorption of calcium – it activates proteins that transport calcium to bones, improving their strength and density, including the spine.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Children under 12 years of age.

Dosage and use

Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 capsule once a day or 1 tablet twice a day. In cases of significant bone loss, the dose can be increased to 3 capsules per day. For better absorption, the capsules should be taken during or before meals, with a glass of water or a cold drink. Do not chew.
