Description

Pharmacological properties

It has analgesic, antipyretic and moderately pronounced anti-inflammatory effects. It is absorbed in the upper intestine, the maximum concentration in the blood serum after oral administration is observed after 60-90 minutes. It is metabolized in the liver, excreted mainly in the urine.

Indication

Pain syndrome of various etiologies (dental, headache, neuralgia, myositis, arthralgia, etc.), inflammatory and febrile conditions, symptomatic treatment of influenza and other acute respiratory viral infections.

Application

Adults orally 0.2-0.4 g per dose 2-3 times a day. Doses for children aged 6-12 months - 0.1-0.15 g, 6-12 years - 0.15-0.25 g per dose 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose for adults is 1.5 g.
