composition

One capsule contains: oil extracts of passionflower herb and flowers 130 mg, stinging nettle/motherwort herb 100 mg, valerian root 100 mg. Excipients: gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol, prepared water.

Properties

Passionflower – used as a sedative for neurasthenia and irritability, insomnia, vegetative disorders in the climacteric period. Has analgesic, antispasmodic, anticonvulsant effects. Improves memory, helps the body resist excessive loads and chronic fatigue, cope with physical and emotional stress. Protects cells of the central nervous system from the destructive effects of free radicals.

Valerian - reduces the excitability of the central nervous system, relaxes smooth muscles, has a calming and tonic effect in functional disorders of the CNS, cardiac neurosis, insomnia, gastric neurosis with spastic pains. Valerian essential oil has anticonvulsant properties.

Nettle herb / dog nettle - reduces spontaneous motor activity, has antagonistic properties in relation to the action of convulsive analeptics. It is used as a cardiotonic agent and regulates the rhythm of cardiac activity in cardiovascular neuroses, angina pectoris, hypertension. Motherwort is recommended for increased excitability, psychoasthenia, insomnia, a feeling of tension and hyperreactivity, as well as in vascular dystonia and neuroses.

Pacifor forte – recommended in the diet as a source of biologically active substances of plant origin, as well as a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins.

It helps normalize the functioning of the nervous system, improves mental activity and psycho-emotional state, and has sedative and calming properties.

Recommendations for use

Adults take 1-2 capsules twice a day or 2-3 capsules before bedtime. If necessary, the number of capsules can be increased. Duration of treatment 10-30 days. If necessary, repeat after 2-3 weeks.
