Instructions for Pembina-Blue capsules No. 20
Description
Pembina-Blue is designed for patients with urinary system diseases!
Pembina-Blue is a combined agent based on the uroseptic methylthioninium chloride and plant extracts, which exhibits antibacterial, diuretic and acidifying properties in infections of the bladder and kidneys. It helps reduce symptoms, prevent relapses, destroy bacterial films and eliminate the pathogen from the urothelium in cystitis, mainly due to the antibacterial and regenerative properties of methylthioninium chloride.
In people with kidney stones, cranberry juice reduces the amount of ionized calcium in the urine, providing a pronounced preventive effect against stone formation, especially considering that 75-85% of kidney stones are composed of calcium salts.
The results of the studies indicate that after a 3-month course of using Pembina-Blue®, 31% of patients showed improved clinical condition with a decrease in stone size, 91% of patients reported overall clinical improvement - a decrease in UTI symptoms and an increase in quality of life.

Recommendations for use
It can be recommended by a doctor as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of biologically active substances of natural origin, flavonoids, glycosides, saponins, organic acids, essential oils and other substances in order to create optimal conditions for the functioning of the urinary system, use for bladder and kidney infections, urolithiasis, including dietary supplement, due to its composition, exhibits antibacterial, diuretic and acidifying properties.
Sage (Salvia officinalis) - contains alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, saponins, organic acids, oil esters and other compounds that cause, among other things, bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects on bacteria; this is why sage is added during urinary tract infections. Ursolic acid, which is found in sage and cranberries, causes the diuretic effect of Pembina-Blue.
Methylthioninium chloride (methylene blue) is a phenothiazine compound that is well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, enters the urinary system where it exhibits antiseptic properties (has a bactericidal effect), and is then excreted mainly in the urine. These features have led to its presence in several products intended for the treatment of the urinary system.
Cranberries. From the point of view of the practical use of cranberries, they are especially valued due to the high content of vitamins, organic acids, flavonoids, sugars and pectin substances. Cranberry fruits have a high content of vitamin C, as much as in oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and garden strawberries. Cranberry berries also contain B vitamins: B1, B2, B5, B6, vitamin E, PP and vitamin K1 (phylloquinone). The predominant acid in cranberries is citric, as well as malic, quinic, benzoic, ursolic, chlorogenic, oleanolic, ketoglutaric and oxyketobutyric acids. In small quantities, cranberries contain succinic and oxalic acids. The sugars that cranberries are rich in mainly include glucose and fructose, and sucrose is much less in these berries. Of the polysaccharides, the most important for human health are the pectic substances contained in cranberries. Cranberry fruits also contain bioflavonoids, such as leucoanthocyanins, flavonols anthocyanins, catechins and phenolic acids, as well as betaine and important micro and macro elements: potassium, calcium and phosphorus. Cranberries are relatively rich in manganese, iron, copper and molybdenum, it also contains magnesium, iodine, barium, cobalt, boron, nickel, lead, tin, silver, zinc, chromium, aluminum, titanium. With such a rich composition of nutrients, the calorie content of cranberries is only 28 kcal.
Having considered the composition of cranberries, it becomes clear why scientists have classified this berry as one of the most useful foods for humans. Due to the high content of potassium salts and vitamin C, cranberries are very useful for supporting the body during infectious and cold diseases, especially in the autumn-winter period. Studies by scientists have revealed a positive effect of cranberries on the health of diseases of the urinary system. Experts have proven that 1.5 cups of cranberry juice per day reduce the risk of exacerbation of this disease by half. Such a healing effect of cranberries is due to the content of proanthocyanidin and benzoic acid in them. Cranberries are considered a natural antibiotic due to their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, cranberries contain substances that prevent the formation of blood clots in blood vessels.
