Composition

1 suppository contains:

prostate extract up to 0.1 g (containing 21 mg of water-soluble peptides), amaranth seed oil - 0.5 g.

Excipients: solid fat.

Pharmacological properties

Amaranth seed oil contains squalene, tocotrienol, phytosterols, polyunsaturated (linoleic, oleic, palmitoleic) fatty acids, vitamins A, E, F, which exhibit antioxidant and immunostimulating activity. The healing properties of amaranth seed oil are largely determined by the presence of squalene and vitamin E in its composition (in a rare, especially active form - tocotrienol). Squalene, the main component of amaranth seed oil, is an important participant in the processes of synthesis of steroid hormones, cholesterol and vitamin D in the human body. It actively contributes to the saturation of organs and tissues with oxygen, has a powerful antitumor and anticarcinogenic effect, significantly increases the resistance of the human body to various viral, fungal, bacterial infections, and the effects of radioactive radiation. Prevents the development and spread of malignant tumors. Squalene promotes rapid and effective tissue regeneration and epithelialization.

Prostate extract is a complex of biologically active peptides (proteins) obtained from the prostate gland of cattle (bulls, young bulls that have reached sexual maturity). The property of peptides is their affinity for the human prostate tissue and regulates the effect of all its functions. When entering the body, peptides are selectively accumulated by the prostate tissue - they have a regulatory effect on the processes of tissue metabolism, reducing leukocyte infiltration and swelling by improving blood flow, normalizing the secretory function of epithelial cells, as a result, reducing the size of the gland, improving the process of urination, which was difficult

The combination of prostate extract and amaranth seed oil helps reduce inflammation and swelling of the prostate gland, has a positive effect on the functional activity of sperm and the tone of the bladder muscles, and improves the urination process.

Indication

It is used as an adjuvant in the treatment of various inflammatory diseases of the male genital area, prostatitis, hyperplasia (adenoma) of the prostate gland, erectile dysfunction, in the complex treatment of infertility; as a prophylactic agent - for the prevention of prostate diseases in elderly men or to eliminate relapses after treatment; to accelerate tissue recovery and normalize the functional state after surgical intervention on the prostate gland.

Method of administration and doses

The suppository is administered rectally, 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days. If necessary, the course of application can be repeated after 1-6 months.
