Composition
active ingredient: 1 g of the collection contains chamomile flowers (Matricariae flores) 200 mg, marshmallow shoots (Ledi palustris cormus) 200 mg, calendula flowers (Calendulae flores) 200 mg, violet grass (Violae herba) 200 mg, licorice roots (Glycyrrhizae radices) 150 mg, peppermint leaves (Menthae piperitae folia) 50 mg.

Main physicochemical properties: crushed raw material: a mixture of heterogeneous pieces of yellowish-green color with yellow-orange, reddish-brown, grayish-brown, dark green, grayish-green, yellowish-white, yellowish-gray or bluish-violet inclusions;

Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics.
Biologically active substances of the collection have an expectorant, anti-inflammatory, enveloping effect, enhance the functional activity of the respiratory tract epithelium, promote liquefaction and discharge of sputum, soften and reduce cough.
Indication
In the complex therapy of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract (including bronchitis, tra-
cheitis), associated with disorders of bronchial secretion and weakening of mucus movement.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the drug or to salicylates. Glomerulonephritis, hepatitis, spasmophilia, croup, bronchial asthma. Organic heart damage (myocarditis, pericarditis, myocardial infarction), impaired liver and kidney function.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
When used simultaneously, the effect of hypnotics and central nervous system depressants may be enhanced. Should not be used together with cough suppressants. Simultaneous use with cardiac glycosides, antiarrhythmic drugs (quinidine), thiazide and loop diuretics, adrenocorticosteroids and laxatives may increase hypokalemia.
Application features
In patients with gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn), heartburn may worsen.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Contraindicated.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms

Method of administration and doses
Place 2 tablespoons of the preparation in an enameled dish, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water
water, cover and infuse in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the residue to a strained decoction. Bring the volume of the infusion to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take warm before meals for 2–3 weeks: adults and children over 12 years old – ⅓ cup 3 times a day, children 6 to 12 years old – 1–2 tablespoons 3 times a day, children 3 to 5 years old – 2–3 teaspoons 3 times a day.

Overdose
Overdose and prolonged use (more than 2 months) may cause disturbances in water and electrolyte balance, resulting in the possible development of hypokalemic myopathy and myoglobinuria, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, allergic skin rashes. Possible increase in side effects.
Side effects
Increased blood pressure. Allergic reactions are possible (including flushing, rash, itching, skin swelling, contact dermatitis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea). If adverse reactions occur, stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Expiration date
2 years.
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
