Composition
active ingredient: 1 g of the collection contains lingonberry leaves (Vitis idaeae folia) 500 mg, St. John's wort herb (Hyperici herba) 200 mg, rosehip fruits (Rosae fructus) 200 mg, and trailing herb (Bidentis herba) 100 mg.

Pharmacodynamics
The drug has an antimicrobial effect against staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus and some other microorganisms, as well as anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects.
Indication
In the complex therapy of acute and chronic diseases in urology (cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis), gynecology (vaginitis, vulvitis of non-specific etiology) and proctology (proctitis, inflammation of hemorrhoids, anal fissures, colitis).
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the collection. Arterial hypertension, thrombophlebitis and predisposition to it, circulatory failure, endocarditis, decompensated diabetes mellitus, severe kidney disease, gallstone disease.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
It is not recommended for use in patients taking anticoagulants, antibiotics, sulfonamides, contraceptives, antihypertensives, calcium channel blockers, female sex hormones, hypocholesterolemic agents (statins), and cardiac glycosides.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
The drug does not affect the reaction speed when driving or working with other mechanisms.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
There is no information on the experience of using the drug during pregnancy or breastfeeding. A doctor's consultation is required.
Method of administration and doses
Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enameled container, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close and let infuse for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
Take internally in a warm form, ¼–⅓ cup 3–4 times a day; topically, for microclysters, use a warm undiluted infusion of 25–50 ml; for irrigations, douches, baths, and lotions, dilute the infusion 2–4 times.
In urology, the infusion should be used internally according to the indicated scheme for 1–3 weeks. In case of chronic course of the disease, the course of treatment can be extended to several months after consultation with a doctor. At the same time, the infusion should be used topically (microclysters) for 1–2 weeks 1–2 times a day.
In gynecology, the infusion should be used internally according to the indicated regimen for 2–4 weeks and simultaneously topically (baths, irrigation, douching, lotions, microenemas) 1–2 times a day.
In proctology, the infusion should be used for 1–3 weeks simultaneously inside, ¼–⅓ cup, and in the form of warm lotions 1–3 times a day and micro-enemas of 50 ml at night. In case of colitis, the infusion should be used only internally.
Store the prepared water extract in the refrigerator (at a temperature of 2–8 °C) for no more than 2 days.
Children
The medicine is not used in children under 12 years of age.
Overdose
Overdose and prolonged use causes a bitter taste in the mouth, unpleasant sensations in the liver area. Adverse reactions may be aggravated.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions are possible (including hyperemia, rash, itching, skin swelling, urticaria); photosensitization (UV radiation should be avoided during treatment). Increased arterial pressure.
Expiration date
3 years. Do not use after the expiration date.

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, out of the reach of children.
