Method of application

Pour 1-2 filter bags of herbal tea with a glass of boiling water, let it brew for 10-15 minutes; adults should drink it as tea three times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. Sugar or honey can be added to taste.

Duration of use: within 3 weeks, if necessary, the course is repeated after a 2-week break. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
