Recommendations for use
Dietary supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3, vitamin B2 and niacin. Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and reduce muscle tension. In addition, magnesium, together with niacin and vitamin B2, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduce exhaustion and fatigue. The components of Pineal® Tense can be useful for reducing the symptoms of tension headaches, improving emotional state, performance and resistance to stress, reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and improving sleep quality.
General properties
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, not synthesized in the body. Tryptophan participates in maintaining nitrogen balance in metabolic processes, acts of excitation and inhibition, as well as the transformation of one type of energy into another. Nicotinic acid, formed from tryptophan, is an important component in energy metabolism. It participates in the synthesis of proteins, as well as a number of biologically active substances: vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid), serotonin, melatonin, etc.
Tryptophan regulates the function of the endocrine system, which prevents anemia, regulates blood pressure, and is responsible for the synthesis of hemoglobin.
Tryptophan, as a precursor of serotonin, has an antidepressant effect, helps relieve anxiety, hyperactivity, obsessive states, and promotes falling asleep and normal sleep.
Magnesium is an intracellular cation that reduces neuronal excitability and inhibits neuromuscular transmission, plays a role in the processes of muscle fiber relaxation and in the balance of neuromuscular hyperexcitability, and also participates in many enzymatic reactions.
Glycine is an essential amino acid that participates in the regulation of inhibitory processes in the central nervous system, plays a role in detoxification processes, and is necessary for the synthesis of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant. In the form of magnesium bisglycinate, a chelate compound, it improves the absorption and assimilation of magnesium.
Vitamin D3 is a natural form of vitamin D, necessary for the functioning of the parathyroid glands, intestines, kidneys and bone system. It plays an important role in mineral metabolism, maintains skeletal muscle tone, participates in the conduction of nerve impulses and affects blood clotting. Vitamin D3 is also involved in the functioning of the immune system. Vitamin D plays an important role in the prevention of tension headaches, especially when they are associated with mood swings. Depression is often associated with vitamin D deficiency.
Vitamin B2 plays an important role in regulating redox processes, the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, participates in the synthesis of hemoglobin, and ensures normal visual function of the eye.
Niacin is necessary for the normal biotransformation of carbohydrates and proteins into energy, is involved in tissue respiration, maintains a healthy cardiovascular system, improves blood circulation, and supports a healthy nervous system.
