Policom massager

The "Policom" massager is used for individual use at home for chronic fatigue, muscle and joint pain, as well as to neutralize "blockages" in energy channels.

The resonator-massager is a mini-pyramid, inside which, when rotated clockwise, a right torsion field is created, which creates a wave resonance of up to 5-7 Vernads.

How to use

Before massaging, place the resonator massager between the index and middle fingers of your right or left hand with the small head facing up. Place your thumb and ring finger directly on the massager.

Position: standing, sitting or lying down.

Place the massager with your thumb and small head on the body area and gently move it in longitudinal, transverse or circular movements (clockwise) to stimulate the skin.

Areas that need to be massaged: head, neck, shoulders, back, chest, lower back, buttocks, abdomen, arms and legs on all sides.

Massage time: 5-15 minutes 1 or 2 times a day before meals or an hour after meals daily or as needed.

The massage is done through thin fabric, underwear, or light clothing to protect the skin from injury. You can also massage the scalp directly.
