Method of application

They are applied directly to the body or clothing.
The wide belt is fastened in front with a Velcro fastener, the narrow elastic bands are thrown forward, wrapped around the shoulders, crossed at the back and secured with a Velcro fastener on the stomach, with the corset inserts being located on both sides of the spine.
By tightening and loosening the clasp, you can adjust the degree of shoulder separation. If necessary, the corset inserts are removed or bent to the contours of the body.
It is recommended to wear for 3-4 hours daily, starting with 15-25 minutes on the first day, adding 20 minutes daily for 1-1.5 months, gradually tightening the straps and thus spreading the shoulders.
Use as recommended by a doctor. Do not use after the expiration date.
