Composition

Composition of 1 tablet:

Potassium iodide — 0.27 mg, which is equivalent to 200 µg of pure iodine.

Excipients: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium stearate.

GMO-free.

Properties

Iodine is an important trace element for the human body. It is necessary for the normal functioning of the thyroid gland and for the production of the hormone thyroxine. The thyroid hormone thyroxine controls the intensity of all types of metabolism: water-salt, protein, fat and carbohydrate. The thyroid gland is responsible for the regulation of heat exchange in the body, cell division, the functioning of the liver and cardiovascular system, and in women - for reproductive function.

The state of the nervous system also depends on a sufficient amount of the hormone thyroxine. Contraindication

Individual sensitivity to individual components, hypersensitivity to iodine, pregnancy, lactation period, children. In the presence of diseases: pulmonary tuberculosis, nephritis, nephrosis, hemorrhagic diathesis, furunculosis, acne, pyoderma, urticaria, pronounced hyperthyroidism, latent hyperthyroidism, hyperfunction of the thyroid gland, toxic adenoma, nodular or diffuse toxic goiter, herpetiform dermatitis (Duhring's disease).

Storage conditions

Store out of the reach of children, in the manufacturer's packaging, in a place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of up to +25 ºС, with a relative humidity of no higher than 85%.
