How to use

Rub a small amount of gel-balm evenly into the skin with light massage movements along the veins up and down 2-3 times a day until completely absorbed, course 3-4 weeks.

For venous insufficiency, massage your legs in light circular motions for 3-5 minutes, for a course of 3-4 weeks.
