Consumption recommendations

Method of administration and recommended daily dose

Pour 1 tablespoon of chopped herb with 200 ml (ml) of hot boiled water, cover and let stand for 15 min (min). Cool, strain, squeeze the residue to a strained infusion. Bring the volume of the infusion to 200 ml (ml) (1 cup) with boiled water. Take warm 2-3 times a day 15-20 min (min) before meals: adults and children over 14 years old - 1/3 cup; children 12-14 years old - 1/4 cup.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions for use

It is not recommended for use by people with increased (individual) sensitivity to the herb, women during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and children under 12 years of age.
