Composition

Each bottle of Probiz® DUO contains a mixture of spores of the multi-resistant strain Bacillus clausii UBBC-07, MTCC 5472 in the amount of 4×10⁹ CFU; purified water 5 ml (ml).

Indications for use

The use of Bacillus clausii is recommended:

in cases of intestinal microflora disturbance due to treatment with antibiotics or chemotherapeutic drugs; in cases of need to improve digestion in cases of diarrhea; in cases of need to saturate the body with B vitamins, in particular B6; in cases of need to increase immunity.

An important property of Bacillus clausii is its resistance to antibacterial drugs of various pharmacological groups: penicillins, cephalosporins, tetracyclines, macrolides, aminoglycosides, chloramphenicol, thiamphenicol, lincomycin, isoniazid, cycloserine, rifampicin, nalidixic and pilemic acids.

Method of administration and doses

The bottle should be opened immediately before use, after shaking well. The suspension is consumed undiluted or diluted in water or other liquid (milk, tea, juice).

1 bottle 1-2 times a day at equal intervals.

Children.

Can be used in children over 28 days of age.

Children from 28 days to 12 years old, 1 bottle once a day as recommended by a doctor.

Children from 12 years old: 1 bottle 1-2 times a day.

Reservation

Particles may be visible in the vials due to aggregation of Bacillus clausii spores. The presence of such particles does not indicate any alteration of the suspension.

Probiz® DUO suspension is intended for oral use only. It cannot be administered by injection or by any other method.

If Probiz® DUO is used while taking antibiotics, it should be taken between doses of the antibiotic.

Probiz® DUO is not a medicine.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

There are no warnings regarding use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Side effects

Usually, the use of Probiz® DUO does not cause any undesirable manifestations or effects. However, given the nature of the product, there is a possibility of abdominal discomfort or other manifestations from the gastrointestinal tract. If undesirable manifestations persist, it is recommended to consult a doctor regarding further use.

Interaction with other tools and other types of interaction

No cases of interaction have been identified.

Overdose

No cases of exceeding the recommended dosage have been identified.
Do not exceed the recommended amount (serving) for a single consumption.
