Composition
active ingredient: 1 can contains 2.1 g of propolis;
excipients: ethanol 96%, glycerin, chladone 134a.
Dosage form
Aerosol.
Main physicochemical properties: dark yellow liquid with a characteristic smell of propolis.

Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics.
An antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and wound-healing agent, the effect of which is due to the properties of a complex of biologically active substances of propolis (flavonoids, vitamins, amino acids).
When applied topically, less than 5% of the active substance is absorbed.

Indication
Aphthous, catarrhal, ulcerative stomatitis, catarrhal gingivitis, chronic tonsillitis.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the medicinal product/bee products, eczema (acute forms), bleeding from affected areas of the mucous membrane.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
It is not recommended to use simultaneously with other antiseptic agents and beekeeping products.
Application features
Before using the drug, it is recommended to rinse the oral cavity with warm boiled water.
Avoid getting the drug in your eyes.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
During pregnancy, the drug should be used taking into account the benefit to the mother/risk to the fetus. If necessary, breastfeeding is recommended to be discontinued.
The ability to influence the speed of reactions when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
The drug contains 80% ethanol 96%. When pressing the spray head for 1–2 seconds, up to 0.8 g of ethanol 96% enters the oral cavity along with the drug, which cannot negatively affect the reaction rate when driving or working with other mechanisms.
Method of administration and doses
For adults and children over 12 years of age for irrigation of the affected area in the mouth or throat. Before use, the protective cap should be removed from the canister, which should be held only vertically, and after making sure that the sprayer provided is clean, put it on the valve stem. Insert the free end of the sprayer into the mouth, then gently press the head to evenly irrigate the affected area with the drug. After irrigation, always close the canister with the protective cap.
After spraying the drug, you should refrain from eating and drinking until the burning sensation in the mouth stops.
The drug should be used 2-3 times a day, after the severity of the inflammatory process decreases - 1-2 times a day until complete recovery.
The course of treatment is 3-7 days.
Children
The drug should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Overdose
Allergic reactions, unbearable burning and dryness in the oral cavity. If these symptoms are severe, rinse the oral cavity with warm boiled water, and if allergic reactions are present, prescribe antihistamines.
Adverse reactions
On the part of the immune system: allergic reactions, including allergic dermatitis, skin itching, rash, angioedema (Quincke's edema).
Respiratory system: laryngospasm, shortness of breath.
Gastrointestinal: nausea.
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: skin hyperemia.
Local effects: slight burning sensation of the tongue, dry mouth.
Expiration date
3 years.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.
Storage conditions
Store in closed rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 70%, at a temperature not lower than 0 °C and not higher than 35 °C, at a distance of at least 2 m from fire and heating devices.
Keep out of reach of children.
Protect from falls, impacts, and exposure to direct sunlight.
