Composition
1 capsule contains: active ingredients: D-chiro-inositol - 250 mg; alpha-lipoic acid - 150 mg; manganese gluconate - 20.20 mg; superoxide dismutase - 10 mg; folic acid (in the form of methylfolate) - 200 mcg; in particular manganese gluconate - 2.5 mg; excipients: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; capsule shell: gelatin; dye: red iron oxide.

Superoxide dismutase (SOD) in Protalis IVF is the second major class of antioxidant enzymes. Thanks to it, Protalis protects cells and tissues from a very dangerous free radical - superoxide anion, which initiates the chain of free radical formation. Protalis converts it into a less active and aggressive substance - hydrogen peroxide, which is subsequently broken down into water. Thus, Protalis interrupts and blocks the process of cell damage.
Methylfolate (folic acid) in Protalis IVF is an integral component in the complex of measures to prevent miscarriage and premature birth, placental pathology, intrauterine growth retardation, fetus, and the development of neural tube defects:
- responsible for DNA repair during the synthesis of purines, pyrimidines, nucleic acids and amino acids, choline metabolism
- participates in hematopoiesis, stimulation of erythropoiesis
- participates in the synthesis of essential amino acids, including serine, methionine, glycine and histidine
- has an immunostimulating effect, participating in the synthesis of lymphocytes
Manganese (Mn) is a trace element necessary for regulating blood sugar levels, fat and protein metabolism, bone growth, lactation, and preventing muscle and mental fatigue. It is the combination of superoxide dismutase SOD and manganese in the form of manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) in Protalis IVF that is the main antioxidant of mitochondria.
Indications for use
Protalis IVF is designed to increase the effectiveness of assisted reproductive technologies IVF (IVF). Failures in IVF attempts in 50% of cases are associated with the quality of the obtained gametes. In turn, the cause of the decrease in the quality of gametes is oxidative stress - it damages both the egg and sperm. Increasing the number of quality gametes even before the start of the protocol increases the likelihood of conception several times.
Protalis is used to improve the quality of oocytes and embryos, which increases the chances of successful implantation in complex assisted reproductive technology IVF programs, as well as:
- to normalize ovulation and stimulate spontaneous ovulation in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS);
- to normalize the menstrual cycle, reduce the manifestations of metabolic syndrome, reduce triglyceride levels;
- to reduce the level of free and total testosterone in the blood in hyperandrogenism;
- to increase fertility and improve insulin sensitivity in insulin resistance.
Method of application
Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water. The capsule should be swallowed whole, without chewing. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The recommended effective period of use is from 12 weeks. The minimum period of use is 6 weeks. The duration of use is determined individually by the doctor.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
During pregnancy or breastfeeding, Protalis IVF can be used as prescribed by a doctor.
