Instructions for use Pshik 0.9% nasal spray for children with sea water 100 ml
Composition
100 grams (g) of spray contain 100 grams (g) of sterile isotonic seawater (diluted to physiological level (0.9%) with purified water).
Nasal spray with sea water "Pshik" 0.9% for children is based on sea water from Gulmarsfjorden, which is a 25-kilometer sea fjord located on the west coast of Sweden, from which water is collected from a depth of 32 m (m) below sea level. After filling the aluminum bottle, the final product is sterilized with a guarantee of sterility throughout the entire shelf life.

Pharmacological properties
Properties of nasal spray with sea water "Pshik" 0.9% for children
improves the function of the ciliated epithelium, which increases the resistance of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses to the penetration of pathogenic bacteria and viruses; helps cleanse the nasal mucosa of dust, allergens and infected nasal secretions; helps thin mucus and normalize its formation by goblet cells of the nasal mucosa; helps restore patency and normal functioning of the respiratory tract, accelerates recovery from diseases of the nasopharynx and paranasal sinuses; relieves nasal congestion and a feeling of pressure in the sinuses; helps normalize the pH of nasal secretions; does not contain preservatives; is a sterile product.
Indication
as a means for daily moisturizing the nasal mucosa to preserve its protective physiological properties in conditions of increased air dryness; for removing allergens and haptens from the nasal mucosa; to alleviate the patient's condition in acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasopharynx, paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity of various etiologies (rhinitis, sinusitis); as part of complex treatment and for the purpose of preventing acute respiratory viral infections, acute respiratory viral infections, colds, to cleanse the nasal mucosa of pathogenic bacteria and viruses and alleviate the patient's condition; for infectious diseases of the nose and nasopharynx in the autumn-winter period; to cleanse the nasal mucosa of dust, allergens and other factors of air pollution.
Contraindication
Individual sensitivity to components.
Application features
Using the product by more than one person can cause the spread of infection, so after each use, wash the nozzle tip with soap and rinse with hot water.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
Nasal spray with sea water "Pshik" 0.9% for children does not affect the reaction speed when driving vehicles and working with other mechanisms.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Method of administration and doses
Babies.
Make sure the nozzle is attached. Place the infant on their left side. Holding the bottle at any angle, gently insert the nozzle into the right nasal passage up to the level of the safety collar.
To irrigate, quickly press the sprayer for 1-2 seconds, wait a little while for the product to take effect, and then, after the procedure, hold the baby's head upright, allowing the liquid to flow freely from the nose, wiping it with a hygienic tissue.
To flush, press and hold until fluid begins to flow from the nose.
Lay the baby on his right side and repeat the procedure with the left nostril. After the procedure, the baby's head is held upright, allowing the fluid to flow freely from the nose, wiping it with a hygienic handkerchief.
The procedure is repeated 2-3 times a day, before meals.
Children.

Storage conditions
Nasal spray with sea water "Pshik" 0.9% for children should be stored at a temperature of +15 °C to +30 °C. Protect from sunlight.
Pressurized bottle: may burst if heated. Do not pierce or throw into fire after use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
Do not spray in eyes.
