Pulse oximeter S101 A3

The IMDK Medical pulse oximeter model C101A3 measures:
SpO2 – saturation (oxygen saturation of capillary blood); PR – pulse rate (heart rate); displays a plethysmogram, a pulse wave.
Features:
A pulse oximeter is a device for measuring and monitoring pulse and saturation (oxygen saturation of capillary blood). Each hemoglobin molecule in a red blood cell can bind 4 oxygen molecules, and the average percentage of oxygen saturation of red blood cells is called saturation. Many respiratory and circulatory diseases can lead to low saturation. In this regard, it is important to know the patient's hemoglobin oxygen saturation level in a timely manner to ensure diagnosis and appropriate therapy.
Pulse oximeter is especially useful for people suffering from chronic diseases of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as well as during rehabilitation after heart attacks or strokes to ensure early diagnosis and appropriate therapy. The device is an indispensable assistant for athletes interested in controlling the intensity and effectiveness of their training, since increased physical activity causes active burning of oxygen in the muscles and reduces oxygen saturation of arterial blood.
As soon as you place your finger on the pulse oximeter, which measures using a light-sensitive sensor, the corresponding readings appear on the digital display. Clinical trials have proven that the pulse oximeter allows for accurate, stable and reliable measurements.
The device is designed as a clothespin that attaches to a finger. The universal size of the clothespin allows the device to be used on the fingers of both children and adults. The pulse oximeter also has a small color LED display for data output, which is conveniently located at the top of the device.
There is a function button on the top panel. A single press of the button activates the device, subsequent presses change the position of the information on the screen. A short press of the button displays the menu with the pulse oximeter settings, you can change the settings by holding the button for a short time:
Alm – activates the alarm signal – options: ON/OFF; DIR – toggles the parameter change – options: UP/DOWN (increase/decrease parameters); SpO2 High – maximum SpO2 measurement value – from SpO2 Low value +1 to 99; SpO2 Low – minimum SpO2 measurement value – from 70 to SpO2 High value -1; PR High – maximum heart rate measurement value – from PR Low +1 to 250; PR Low – minimum heart rate measurement value – from 25 to PR High -1; Default – long pressing this menu item will reset the settings to the factory default value: Alm – Off, DIR – UP, SpO2 High – 99, SpO2 Low – 90, PR High – 120, PR Low – 50; Exit – exits the settings menu.Battery compartment at the bottom of the device. The pulse oximeter is powered by 2 AAA batteries. You can monitor the battery level using the indicator on the display screen. The pulse oximeter is equipped with a built-in battery saving function that turns off the device after 8 seconds of inactivity. Note: This function does not work if the device is left on in menu selection mode. This allows the pulse oximeter to be used for up to 30 hours when the device is turned off.
