Mumiye is an organomineral product of natural origin, an excellent general strengthening agent that has absorbed a huge amount of humic acids.

Purified shilajit is a dark brown viscous sticky mass that softens from the heat of the hands, has a characteristic odor and bitter taste, dissolves in water with a small precipitate. Shilajit contains about 28 chemical elements, 30 macro- and microelements, 10 metal oxides, 6 amino acids, several vitamins, essential oils, bee venom, resinous substance. The question of the origin of the mummy has not yet been finally clarified. There are hypotheses about its origin from natural bitumen, animal excrement, waste products of wild bees, lichens and mushrooms, juniper and mulberry juice.

Indications for use

It can be used as a biologically active supplement in diets recommended by doctors as a general strengthening agent for injuries, dislocations and sprains, to accelerate bone tissue regeneration in fractures, and to prevent osteoporosis.

Dosage and use

Children over 12 years old and adults take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day, previously dissolved in milk, water, juice. Duration of administration – 25 days. If necessary, the administration can be repeated.
