Shilajit is an organic and mineral product of natural origin, an excellent general strengthening agent that has absorbed a huge amount of humic acids. Shilajit contains about 28 chemical elements, 30 macro- and microelements, 10 metal oxides, 6 amino acids, several vitamins, essential oils, bee venom, and resinous substances.

Nutritional and energy value of 100 g of product: Proteins – 24.1 g, fats – 2.22 g, carbohydrates – 5.7 g, 140 kcal.

Method of application

Children over 12 years old and adults - 0.2 g (1/25 tablet), 2-3 times a day during meals, previously dissolved in water, milk or juice.

Duration of treatment is 25 days. The course can be repeated (if necessary).
