Arginine is an essential amino acid involved in ureagenesis, helping to eliminate ammonia; plays an important role in the immune system, helps maintain normal blood circulation, and helps the body recover after prolonged physical exertion. Arginine serves as a precursor to creatine, which plays an important role in the energy metabolism of muscles, nerves, and testicles and is responsible for the catabolism of arginine and the synthesis of agmatine and proteins. Due to its ability to increase the secretion of growth hormone, it affects immune function. Systemic or oral administration of arginine has been shown to improve cardiovascular function and reduce myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease. The main importance of arginine is explained by its role as a precursor for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), a free radical molecule that is synthesized in all mammalian cells from L-Arg by NO synthase (NOS). 1

Betaine plays three major roles in the human body. First, as an organic osmolyte, it maintains normal cell volume under conditions of osmotic stress caused by various factors. Second, it provides protection against protein denaturation, and third, apart from methylfolate, betaine is the only molecule that provides a methyl group for the remethylation of homocysteine. Many preclinical studies have provided good insight into the possible antioxidant, hepato-, nephro-, cardio-, and neuroprotective roles of betaine supplementation, as well as its ability to enhance endurance and athletic performance. 2 (However, more randomized, placebo-controlled trials are needed to confirm or refute the results of previously published preclinical studies).

Vitamin B2 contributes to normal energy metabolism, maintenance of normal mucous membranes, normal red blood cells, normal skin, protection of cells from oxidative stress, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Carnitine is an endogenous molecule involved in fatty acid metabolism, biosynthesized in the human body using the amino acids L-lysine and L-methionine as substrates. Betaine helps maintain normal homocysteine levels.

It has been scientifically proven that the combination of arginine, betaine, and vitamin B2 helps improve the body's detoxification capabilities by deactivating ammonia, maintaining normal blood circulation and microcirculation processes, including in the liver.

Reservation

It is not recommended to use in case of individual hypersensitivity to the main components, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with gallstone and urolithiasis in the acute stage, diabetes mellitus. Method of application

• Adults: 10 ml (ml) 1-2 times daily after meals or as directed by a physician. The contents can be dissolved in a small amount of water or consumed without water.
