Remedium oral suspension 5ml bottle No. 14
composition
REMEDIUM is a suspension of 5 species of Bacillus (spores of B. subtilis, B. amyloliquefaciens, B. licheniformis, B. pumilus, B. megaterium) 1.7 * 109 CFU in 1 vial.
Pharmacological properties
Due to their high resistance to chemical and physical agents, Bacillus spores pass intact through the gastric juice barrier into the intestine, where they are metabolized to metabolically active vegetative cells.
Bacillus bacteria have antimicrobial activity associated with the ability to synthesize antibiotic-like substances with a broad spectrum of action (including activity against fungi and protozoa). Bacillus bacteria in REMEDIUM produce enzymes that stimulate and regulate digestive processes and stimulate the body's protective functions.
REMEDY
Restores the qualitative and quantitative composition of individual physiological microbiota; suppresses pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria and fungal flora; normalizes the cytoprotective properties of the mucous barrier of the stomach and intestines; has a positive effect on general and local immunity.View Bacillus | Pharmacological action |
Bacillus subtilis | synthesizes antimicrobial drugs (produces substances with a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity, covering gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria, viruses and fungi); enhances nonspecific (activation of macrophages and increased barrier function of the intestinal mucosa) and specific (activation of T- and B-lymphocytes and secretion of immunoglobulins - IgG and IgA) immunity; stimulates the growth of normal intestinal microflora and the secretion of digestive enzymes (amylase, lipase, protease, pectinase and cellulase), which, in addition to digesting food, destroy allergenic substances contained in food; synthesizes a number of vitamins and amino acids. |
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens | produces antifungal and antibacterial substances (bacillomycin D, surfactin, bacillen, plantazolicin), as well as proteases capable of inactivating Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. |
Bacillus licheniformis | acts as a disinfectant in the human body, producing a number of biologically active proteins, peptides, enzymes and vitamins, promoting the body's production of interferon alpha; helps destroy pathogenic, conditionally pathogenic and putrefactive microflora and viruses; promotes the growth and development of normal intestinal microflora; supports food digestion; eliminates food and chemical poisoning; destroys damaged or mutated cells. |
Bacillus pumilus | has immunostimulating and antimicrobial activity, promoting the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor, and interferon gamma. |
Bacillus megaterium | synthesizes antibacterial substances, immunomodulators and proteolytic enzymes; has antagonistic activity against a wide range of microbial pathogens - Staphylococcus aureus, E.coli, Pr.mirabilis, etc.; synthesizes the following enzymes (protease, gelatinase, amylase, lipase, catalase, lecithinase), which are involved in parietal digestion and breakdown of allergens; has lysozyme activity (the ability to break down the main polymer of the bacterial cell wall); promotes the cleansing of wounds and inflammatory foci from necrotic tissues due to proteolytic enzymes (lysozyme, lipase, amylase, etc.). |
Indications for use
Conditions of the body that require restoration of the microbiota and optimization of the immune system, namely:
As part of the complex therapy of acute respiratory infections and conditions after ARVI; For the prevention and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) in patients who are often and for a long time ill; In contact with patients with influenza and acute respiratory viral infections; Seasonal increase in morbidity; Treatment and prevention of dysbiosis, which is manifested by the following symptoms: diarrhea (diarrhea), dyspepsia (digestive disorders), constipation, flatulence (bloating), nausea, belching, vomiting, abdominal pain, allergic skin reactions, acute and chronic diarrhea (allergic, emotional, medicinal, radiation genesis, changes in diet and food composition, metabolic disorders and absorption) traveler's diarrhea; as part of the complex therapy of acute intestinal infections (AII) (mild and moderate forms, as well as severe forms in patients with contraindications to antibiotic therapy) caused by pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms (Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., enteropathogenic E. Coli). spp., Staphylococcus spp., Candida spp.), including antibiotic-resistant ones; in dysbiosis resulting from antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy or other causes, and concomitant dysvitaminosis, including allergic dermatosis or food allergy; regulation of stools in patients with ileostomies; in dermatological practice: in atopic dermatitis and allergic reactions, psoriasis, In gynecological practice: in vulvovaginal candidiasis in women of reproductive age, including pregnant women, in bacterial vaginosis; In dental practice: for the prevention and treatment of oral diseases (glossitis, gingivitis, periodontitis, stomatitis, including chronic recurrent stomatitis in children); Prevention, as well as as part of complex therapy of septic complications in the postoperative period.Dosage and use
