Composition
active ingredients: 100 ml of the preparation contains: Cimicifuga D1 5 ml, Sanguinaria D6 10 ml, Jaborandi D6 10 ml, Sepia D12 10 ml, Lachesis D12 10 ml;
excipient: ethanol 43% (m/m).
1 ml of solution contains 25 drops.

Pharmacodynamics
The drug restores hormonal homeostasis through the regulation of interaction in the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovaries-target organs system.
The drug helps restore the regularity and biphasic nature of the menstrual cycle; reduces pain during menstruation - eliminates algodysmenorrhea, normalizes the amount of blood loss during menstruation; reduces the manifestations of premenstrual syndrome (irritability, tearfulness, tendency to depression, swelling, breast tenderness, skin rashes).
The use of the drug in the premenopausal period and during menopause reduces the frequency and severity of climacteric disorders:
neurovegetative (hot flashes, hyperhidrosis (sweating), palpitations and migraines, dizziness); psychoemotional (irritability, depression, insomnia), reduces emotional imbalance, aggressiveness, improves mood; metabolic (normalizes fat metabolism, stabilizes blood pressure and reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases).
The drug improves the adaptation of the female body to age-related changes in hormonal homeostasis, prevents premature aging and the appearance of excess body weight.
When used in the complex treatment of inflammatory gynecological diseases, the drug exhibits an anti-inflammatory effect on the organs of the genitourinary system, which, together with the normalization of hormonal levels, promotes faster recovery, prevents chronicity and relapses.
Indication
The drug is used for menstrual cycle disorders, premenstrual syndrome, painful menstruation, climacteric disorders, as well as in the complex treatment of inflammatory gynecological diseases.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients of the drug. Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
There is currently no information regarding the drug's interactions with other medications.
An unhealthy lifestyle, the use of stimulants, and an unhealthy diet can negatively affect the effectiveness of homeopathic medicines.
Application features
Patients should immediately discontinue use of Remens® oral drops if signs of hepatobiliary system disorders appear (jaundice, dark urine, upper abdominal pain, nausea, decreased appetite, fatigue).
Remens oral drops should not be used in patients with alcohol dependence, as one dose of the drug contains 160 mg of alcohol.
The alcohol content should also be taken into account when using the drug in patients with a high risk of liver disease and epileptic seizures.
Remens oral drops contain traces of lactose monohydrate (less than 10 mg per maximum daily dose). This amount does not pose a risk for patients with lactose intolerance. Patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
At the beginning of treatment with the drug, existing symptoms of the disease may temporarily worsen (primary reaction). This reaction is usually not harmful. If the symptoms do not disappear, the drug should be discontinued. After the disappearance of the primary reaction, the drug can be used again. If the symptoms worsen again, the drug should be discontinued.
Long-term treatment with homeopathic medicines should be supervised by a doctor with experience in the use of homeopathic medicines, as symptoms not listed in the instructions for medical use may occur.
Remens oral drops are not intended for use in men.
Since Remens contains herbal and other natural ingredients, a slight change in the taste, transparency, or color of the solution may occur during storage, which does not lead to a decrease in the quality and effectiveness of the drug.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
The drug has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
The drug should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
There are no data on the effect of the drug on reproductive function.
Method of administration and doses
For climacteric disorders: 10 drops 3 times a day for at least 6 months. After stabilization of the condition, it is possible to switch to 1-2 single doses of the drug.
In the complex treatment of inflammatory gynecological diseases: 10 drops 3 times a day for 3 months, if necessary, the course can be repeated after 1 month.
The drug should be taken diluted in a small amount of water.
At the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases requiring rapid relief of symptoms, it is recommended to take the drug every half hour to an hour up to 8 times a day until the condition improves, after which it is used 3 times a day.
To achieve maximum effect, it is recommended to take Remens between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal), holding the drug in the mouth for some time before swallowing.
Children
The drug is prescribed to children over 12 years of age.
Overdose
No cases of overdose have been registered.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions, including rash, itching, urticaria, may occur. There may be cases of hepatobiliary system disorders due to the content of cimicifuga in the composition of the drug. There is no information on the frequency of adverse reactions.
Expiration date
5 years.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.
Storage conditions
Store the medicine in a tightly closed bottle in the original cardboard packaging at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, out of the reach of children.
