Renovated capsules No. 30
Instructions for Renovati capsules No. 30
Composition
Composition, 1 capsule contains: calcium citrate - 250 mg (mg), magnesium citrate - 125 mg (mg), phosphorus dicalcium phosphate - 100 mg (mg), microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: calcium stearate, silicon dioxide, vitamin D (cholecalciferol) - 500 IU; capsule shell: gelatin.
Properties
Calcium (calcium citrate) is a mineral. Calcium is involved in the functioning of the cardiovascular system, in the process of blood clotting, in the regulation of such important physiological processes as the secretion of key hormones, enzymes and proteins, the electrical activity of nervous tissue, the contraction and relaxation of skeletal muscles and, especially, in ensuring the strength of the bones of the skeleton and is part of the structure of bone tissue and teeth, participates in the mineralization of bone tissue. Since 99% of calcium is contained in bones, they serve as the main reservoir of calcium in the human body. Insufficient calcium in the body can cause poor sleep, pain in bones and muscles, jumps in blood pressure, increased irritability and fatigue. Its deficiency is one of the main causes of osteoporosis - bone fragility.
According to the Order of May 15, 2020 No. 1145 On Approval of Requirements for Nutritional Value Claims and Health Benefits Claims for Food Products Calcium contributes to:
- normal blood clotting;
- normal energy metabolism;
- normal muscle function;
- normal transmission of nerve impulses;
- normal action of digestive enzymes;
- plays a role in the process of cell division and specialization;
- is necessary for maintaining normal bones and teeth.
Magnesium (magnesium citrate), a mineral substance. The physiological role of magnesium is due to the fact that it acts as a cofactor of the most important enzymes and enzyme systems of carbohydrate-phosphorus and energy metabolism, as well as enzymatic processes. Magnesium strengthens the nervous system, helps reduce fatigue and tiredness, helps in the proper functioning of muscles and helps maintain the structure and function of teeth and bones.
According to the Order of May 15, 2020 No. 1145 "On Approval of Requirements for Nutritional Claims and Health Benefits of Food Products", Magnesium contributes to:
- reducing fatigue and tiredness;
- maintaining electrolyte balance;
- normal energy metabolism;
- normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity;
- normal muscle function and protein synthesis;
- maintaining the normal condition of bones and teeth.
Plays an important role in the process of cell division.
Phosphorus (phosphorus dicalcium phosphate), a mineral substance. Phosphorus is involved in energy production, muscle tissue functioning, maintaining acid-base balance, and storing genetic information. Phosphorus is a component of nucleic acids. A significant part of phosphorus in the body (up to 80%) is found in calcium compounds, participating in the formation of bones and teeth.
According to the Order of May 15, 2020 No. 1145 "On Approval of Requirements for Nutritional Value Claims and Health Benefits of Food Products", Phosphorus contributes to:
- normal energy metabolism;
- normal functioning of cell membranes;
- maintaining the normal condition of bones and teeth;
Vitamin D deficiency leads to rickets in children, and in adults, calcium deficiency leads to osteoporosis, caries, and osteomalacia.
Hypervitaminosis of vitamin D leads to intoxication and is accompanied by severe bone demineralization.
Vitamin D plays a key role in calcium and phosphate metabolism and is important for bone health. If the concentration level in the blood plasma of vitamin D is insufficient, then normal mineralization is no longer possible. Insufficient supply of vitamin D is characterized by a decrease in antiviral and antibacterial immunity. Conversely, vitamin D supplements have an immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effect, and also protect the body from infection.
D3 (cholecalciferol). D is formed in human skin cells under the influence of UV rays. D is found exclusively in animal foods. Fish oil is especially rich in it, it is found in the liver, egg yolk. The vitamin is responsible for the development of the skeletal system, promoting the absorption of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. It is necessary both in childhood - as it contributes to normal growth and development of bones in children, and in adulthood - to maintain normal functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems; compensates for the lack of sunlight in the winter.
