Composition

1 capsule: Myo-inositol - 500mg, D-chiro-inositol - 12.5mg, nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) - 12.5mg, calcium D-pantothenate (Vitamin B5) - 10mg, thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) - 5mg, riboflavin-5-phosphate (Vitamin B2) - 5mg, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (Vitamin B6) - 2.5mg, folate (L5-methyltetrahydrofolate acid) - 50mcg, D-biotin - 50mcg, chromium picolinate - 25mcg, methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) - 3.75mcg. Anti-tracking agent: rice extract blend (rice extract, rice bran, gum arabic, oil); capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Indications for use

It can be recommended as an additional source of biologically active substances, in particular myo-inositol, d-chiro-inositol, folic acid, B vitamins and chromium. Helps normalize reproductive function and maintain normal hormone balance in women and men; to help normalize ovulation and improve the condition of germ cells. Has general strengthening properties.

Method of administration and doses

1 capsule per day, washed down with plenty of water. At the time of a meal. The dose can be increased on the recommendation of a doctor.

Duration of use: from 3 to 6 months. Further duration of use should be agreed with the doctor.
