Properties
Indole-3-carbinol normalizes estrogen metabolism in the body and inhibits the development of estrogen-dependent processes. Indole-3-carbinol is a biologically active substance from the cruciferous plant family, which has antiestrogenic and antiproliferative activity.
Indole-3-carbinol helps normalize the metabolism of the female sex hormone estradiol and inhibits the synthesis of 16 α-hydroxyestrone, which has pronounced carcinogenic properties, reduces the number of estrogen receptors in target tissues and has a positive effect on functional disorders caused by hyperestrogen.
Indole-3-carbinol is effective in hyperproliferative processes in epithelial cells of the female reproductive system. It has a positive effect on hyperplastic processes in the organs of the female reproductive system, which are caused by disorders in the regulation of cell division. It helps neutralize the action of growth factors that stimulate hyperproliferative processes in the mammary glands. It prevents the synthesis of the E7 oncoprotein in epithelial cells infected with the human papillomavirus, inhibiting the process of malignancy.
Trans-resveratrol 98% (from the root of Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum)) is a powerful polyphenol that promotes healthy longevity through the activation of sirtuins, which play an important role in metabolic reactions and are the molecular basis for preventing aging, and has a strong antioxidant effect.
Resveratrol is able to induce calorie restriction and prevent fat deposition in the body. It helps improve memory, reduces the risk of age-related neurodegenerative processes, type 2 diabetes (especially in overweight people), inhibits oxidative processes and neutralizes free radicals, the reactions of which in the body can lead to the development of tumors and other diseases. Due to its powerful antioxidant properties, resveratrol normalizes the level of lipids (cholesterol) in the blood, has a positive effect on collagen synthesis, maintains skin elasticity, prevents premature skin aging and the appearance of wrinkles, and improves the condition of hair and nails.
Resveratrol prevents the development and progression of osteoporosis in women in menopause and postmenopausal period, has estrogen-like properties, is able to bind to estrogen receptors, thereby reducing the stimulating effect of estradiol and hormone-dependent tumors. Trans-p-Terostilbene (pTeroPure®) is a methylated stilbene molecule that is structurally similar to the trans-resveratrol molecule and has similar biological activity.
Trans-pterostilbene restores the balance of antioxidant enzymes, reduces inflammation regulated by tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) by blocking TNF-alpha and interleukin-1b (IL-1b), and reduces reactive oxygen species.
Trans-pterostilbene is a calorie restriction mimetic that prevents fat storage in the body. Unlike trans-resveratrol, trans-pterostilbene has the ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier more quickly, providing a "reverse effect" of increasing dopamine levels. Instead of directly increasing dopamine levels, it prevents its decline in the brain's memory centers. This creates favorable conditions for increasing attention and improving cognitive functions. When used simultaneously with trans-resveratrol, it enhances its effect and increases its bioavailability.
Quercetin dihydrate is an aglycone of many plant flavonoid glycosides, including rutin, and belongs to vitamin P. It has capillary-stabilizing properties associated with antioxidant, membrane-stabilizing effects, and reduces capillary permeability.
Quercetin has anti-inflammatory effects by blocking the lipoxygenase pathway of arachidonic acid metabolism, reducing the synthesis of leukotrienes, serotonin and other inflammatory mediators. It helps to increase the energy supply of cardiomyocytes due to its antioxidant effect and improves blood circulation. The reparative properties of quercetin are to accelerate wound healing.
Quercetin also binds to estrogen receptors. Due to its estrogen-like properties (effect on proline hydroxylase, inhibition of tumor necrosis factor and interleukin synthesis), it has a proosteoclast effect.

Resvedol normalizes estrogen metabolism in the body, has a positive effect on physiological processes in hyperestrogenemia, reduces estrogen-dependent hyperproliferative processes in cells of epithelial origin, including: cyclic mastalgia, mastodynia, uterine leiomyoma, endometriosis, adenomyosis, adenomyosis, cervical dysplasia, papillomatosis of the female reproductive system, papillomavirus infection (papilloma, condyloma acuminata).
Helps reduce excess body weight in metabolic syndrome. Improves collagen synthesis and has a positive effect on skin regeneration.
Dosage and use
Prescribe to adults (women): 1 capsule 2 times a day, washed down with plenty of drinking water.
WARNING:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Resvedol should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
