Method of administration and recommended daily dose

Pour 1 tablespoon of fruit with a glass of boiled water at room temperature, cover and insist in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45-60 minutes, strain. Add sugar or honey to taste. Adults take ½ cup of the infusion twice a day after meals. It is recommended to infuse in a thermos.
