"Rosemary essential oil is obtained from the aerial part of the evergreen shrub rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), a member of the meadowsweet family (Labaceae).

Method of application
Take only externally for steaming in an aroma lamp, inhalations, aromatic baths, baths and saunas, massage, rubbing, rinsing, pouring, tamponade, compresses, bandages, enemas, douching.
Recommended dosage:

Gargling - 3-5 drops per 200 ml of warm water. Rinsing or applications - 3-5 drops per 5 ml of base oil. Internal use - 1-2 drops per 5 ml of base oil. Tamponade - 2-5 drops per 5 ml of base oil. Microclysters - 2-4 drops per 5 ml of base oil. Irrigation - 3-5 drops in 1.5-2 liters of warm water. Enrichment of cosmetics - 2-5 drops per 10 g of base (cream, shampoo, gel, liquid soap, etc.).
Interaction with other oils - rosemary oil blends well with orange oil, geranium oil, cypress oil, lavender oil, lemon oil, juniper oil, peppermint oil, patchouli oil, eucalyptus oil.
Precautions
Do not use internally (orally).

Contraindication
Individual intolerance to the components that make up the essential oil.
Do not use during pregnancy, hypertension, epilepsy, or a tendency to seizures.
Photosensitivity is possible – do not apply to skin 60 minutes before sunbathing.
Storage conditions
Store essential oils in tightly closed dark glass bottles at room temperature out of the reach of children. Avoid direct sunlight.
Shelf life is 36 months from the date of production.
