Composition

1 effervescent tablet contains:

Main ingredients:

• Calcium (in the form of calcium carbonate) - 1000 mg.
• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 880 IU.

Excipients: anhydrous citric acid (acidity regulator), maltodextrin, sorbitol (filler), sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame potassium), natural flavoring "Orange", malic acid, polyethylene glycol 6000, modified food starch, sucrose, crystalline sodium ascorbate, medium chain triglycerides, silicon dioxide (filler), DL-alpha-tocopherol (stabilizer).

Properties

• Calcium is involved in the formation of bone tissue, regulation of blood pressure and the process of blood clotting. It contributes to the formation of bones, teeth, increasing bone density, maintaining healthy skin. Calcium intake reduces the risk of osteoporosis, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems.
• Vitamin D3 regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the body, participates in the formation of the bone skeleton, helps maintain bone structure, increases the absorption of calcium and phosphoric acid salts in the intestines, and also regulates the process of their excretion, activates calcium deposits in the bones and counteracts resorption, increases bone density. Vitamin D3 is necessary for the normal functioning of the parathyroid glands, regulates, together with parathyroid hormone, the concentration of calcium ions in the blood.

"Rotavit Calcium Forte" is recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of calcium and vitamin D to improve the regeneration of cartilage tissue, eliminate calcium and vitamin D deficiency in the body, and regulate the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in bone tissue.

Method of administration and doses

Regardless of meals, adults and children over 12 years old - one tablet per day.

Before use, the tablet must be dissolved in a glass (200 ml) of drinking water at room temperature, stirred and drunk immediately after preparation.

The course of use is 4-6 weeks.

The number of courses of use is determined individually.

It is not recommended to use simultaneously with vitamin and mineral complexes containing calcium and vitamin D.
