RYNUSYN NASAL SPRAY. FL. 20 ml

Nasal spray "RINUSIN" is a medical product based on pH-controlled 3% hypertonic saline solution and 6% N-acetylcysteine. The nasal spray thins thick viscous mucus due to the physical and mechanical effects of its components. Hypertonic saline solutions, which are applied directly to the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract, draw water from the intracellular to the extracellular space by osmosis. This increases the percentage of water in the secretion, dilutes it and thus facilitates its removal. N-acetylcysteine is able to destroy the disulfide bonds of mucoproteins. Due to this, it has a mucolytic effect upon direct contact with mucus. It has an indirect antioxidant effect associated with an increase in the synthesis of the antioxidant compound - glutathione, as well as a direct antioxidant effect, protecting cells from damage by free radicals.

active ingredients: N-acetylcysteine – 1.2 g(g), sodium chloride – 0.6 g(g);

excipients: sodium hydroxide, sodium edetate, distilled water.

Indications for use

Anti-edema spray with mucolytic activity, promotes liquefaction and mechanical removal of congested mucous and/or mucopurulent secretions in the nasal cavity (in acute and chronic rhinitis, mucous congestion, vasomotor rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis). Used to relieve symptoms and acute, subacute and chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to individual components of the product, age up to 3 years, pregnancy and lactation.

Method of application

Shake well before use.

Remove the protective cap, tilt your head back slightly, carefully insert the nozzle of the dispenser into the nasal passage, press the base of the dispenser with two fingers and inject. Repeat this operation with the other nostril. Clean the dispenser and replace the protective cap. Apply 1-2 injections into each nostril 2-3 times a day, up to 10 consecutive days, depending on the clinical picture.

Nasal spray 20.0 ml in a plastic bottle with a sprayer and a protective cap in a cardboard box with instructions.

Expiration date

2 years from the date of manufacture. After opening, it can be used within 2 months.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature of 0 to 25 °C in a place inaccessible to children, protected from light and heat sources.
