Dietary supplement SAM-e/САМ-е 400 is used as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of the essential amino acid methionine for general strengthening of the body, improving the functional state of the central nervous system; has a positive effect on the metabolism of amino acids in the body and the functional state of bones and joints; promotes the synthesis of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate and thereby prevents the destruction of joint tissue. Has lipotropic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Helps maintain liver function, acting as a precursor of glutathione.

It should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting treatment.

Dosage and recommended daily dose

Take 1 tablet twice a day. The course and duration of administration is determined by the doctor individually. The dose can be increased by the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption.

Do not use in women during pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions

Hypersensitivity to the product components. Caution should be exercised if you suffer from diabetes or hypoglycemia, and if you are taking medications, herbs, or supplements that affect blood sugar levels, as SAM-e may cause low blood sugar levels. It is recommended to consult a doctor if you are taking any medications at the same time. Concomitant use with certain medications may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome.
