Composition

Papain, pepsin, sanzyme (α-amylase of fungal origin).

Excipients: maltodextrin, natural forest berry flavor, citric acid, silicon dioxide, sucralose.

Properties

This combination of specific digestive enzymes is used for functional disorders caused by an insufficient amount or imbalance of hydrolyzing enzymes, inadequacy of secretory digestive functions, and has a stimulating effect on the secretory-evacuatory function of the digestive organs, mobilizing the intestinal system's own capabilities.

Papain is an enzyme from the class of catalases, which is similar in its action to gastric juice; it is isolated in crystalline form from the juice of the melon tree - papaya (Carica papaya). But unlike pepsin, papain is active not only in acidic, but also in neutral and alkaline environments. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of proteins, peptides and amides and esters, and is especially effective in breaking down meat proteins. It is important that papain not only has proteolytic activity itself, but also potentiates the action of other proteases.

Pepsin is an enzyme that plays a significant role in human digestion, performing one of the important stages in the chain of conversion of food proteins into amino acids. Pepsin catalyzes the hydrolysis of proteins and peptides. It is used in digestive disorders.

Sanzyme (α-amylase of fungal origin) is a multienzyme complex obtained in Japan by fermentation of the fungus Aspergillus oryzae, which has no analogues and consists of more than 30 different enzymes: protease, amylase, lipase, cellulase, ribonuclease, pectinase, phosphatase, trypsinogen-activating and other enzymes. Due to this composition, Sanzyme promotes the hydrolysis of almost all components of chyme, including proteins, fats, carbohydrates and polysaccharides.

The liquid form of the enzyme complex ensures ease of administration in spinal patients, and also allows for administration through a probe.

Since the preparation contains not only “ready-made” replacement enzymes, but also components that stimulate the function of the pancreas, the pancreatic secretion itself is not suppressed. Therefore, the likelihood of addiction and “cancellation” syndrome is minimal.

Method of application

It is recommended to use freshly prepared syrup. Before preparing, wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the utensils from which the syrup will be used. Before using the measuring spoon included in the package, it must be thoroughly washed and completely dried.

• for children from 3 months to 1 year - 0.25g (g) (½ small measuring spoon of powder) diluted in 15 ml (ml) of boiled water at room temperature and taken 3 times a day during or immediately after meals;
• children from 1 to 7 years old – 2.5g (g) (1 large measuring spoon of powder) diluted in 50 ml (ml) of boiled water at room temperature and taken 3 times a day during or immediately after meals;
• children from 7 to 14 years old – 5.0g (g) (2 large measuring spoons of powder) diluted in 100 ml (ml) of boiled water at room temperature and consumed 3 times a day during or immediately after meals;
• for children over 14 years of age and adults – 7.5g (g) (3 large measuring spoons of powder) diluted in 100 ml (ml) of boiled water at room temperature and consumed 3 times a day during or immediately after meals.
