Composition

100 g of drops contain 100 g of undiluted isotonic sterile seawater.

Description

"Humer Monodose" is a nasal cavity care product. It has a cleansing and moisturizing effect, helps to thin nasal mucus, removes it and makes breathing easier.

Indication

daily hygiene of the nasal cavity; moisturizing the nasal mucosa in dry air conditions; cleaning the nasal mucosa from dust and allergens; prevention of nasal cavity infections in the autumn-winter period; reducing dryness of the nasal mucosa.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the components of the medical device.

Method of administration and doses

Recommended dosage:

children under one year old - 1-2 drops in each nostril 1-3 times a day; children from one to 7 years old - 1-2 drops in each nostril 1-3 times a day; children from 7 to 12 years old and adolescents 13-16 years old - two drops in each nostril 2-4 times a day; adults - 2-3 drops in each nostril 3-6 times a day.

Before use, it is necessary to check the integrity of the packaging.

Newborns: Place the baby on his side.

Children, adults: while sitting or standing, tilt your head to the side.

A disposable container is inserted into each nasal passage in turn and gently pressed.

The injection should be performed into the left nostril, tilting the head to the right, and vice versa - into the right nostril, tilting the head to the left.

The procedure is most effective before meals.

After the procedure, you need to keep your head straight so that the fluid can drain freely from your nose, and wipe it with a sanitary napkin.

The container can be closed with the back of the cap for later use.
