Composition
1 ml (ml) of oral suspension contains:
main substances: magnesium (in the form of magnesium bisglycinate) – 3 mg (mg), tryptophan (L-tryptophan) – 2.5 mg (mg), glycine – 1.5 mg (mg), melatonin – 0.2 mg (mg), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 0.09 mg (mg);
Excipients: purified water, acidity regulator citric acid, thickener xanthan gum (E 415), preservative potassium sorbate (E 202), preservative sodium benzoate (E 211), strawberry flavoring or others, sweetener sucralose (E 955).

Dietary supplement to the diet - an additional source of vitamin B6, magnesium, amino acids and melatonin. Helps improve the adaptation of children and adults to emotional, mental and physical stress, reducing the time required to fall asleep. Recommended for use in cases of nervous system dysfunction (anxiety, emotional instability, sleep disorders).
A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
Properties
Magnesium (in combination with vitamin B6) affects the normalization of the state of the higher parts of the nervous system during emotional stress, depression, neurosis. It plays an important role in the creation of more than three hundred enzymes. Magnesium promotes relaxation of muscle fibers (muscles of blood vessels and internal organs). The most important value of magnesium is that it serves as a natural anti-stress factor, inhibits the processes of excitation in the central nervous system and reduces the body's sensitivity to external influences.
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that helps maintain proper nitrogen balance in the body and helps produce the brain chemical (neurotransmitter) serotonin. Serotonin regulates mood, appetite, and sleep.
Glycine is an essential amino acid that stimulates the production of the “feel-good” hormone serotonin; serves as a key component of collagen, a protein that provides structure to bones, skin, muscles, and connective tissues, as well as other key proteins; plays an important role in transmitting nerve signals and removing toxins from the body.
Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the pineal gland. It has a stimulating, sedative, hypnotic effect, normalizes circadian rhythms. Melatonin helps to accelerate falling asleep, improve biological rhythm and normalize quality night sleep, reduces the frequency of headaches, dizziness, and improves mood.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) improves metabolism in brain tissues, as it is the main catalyst for amino acid metabolism and the synthesis of most neurotransmitters of the nervous system, i.e. it increases brain performance, helps improve memory and mood.
Method of administration and doses
It is recommended to consume 30 minutes before bedtime.
Shake the bottle with the suspension thoroughly before consumption!

The duration of Sedobilu-M use is determined individually. The recommended duration of use is up to 3 courses per year for 1-2 months with breaks of 1 month. Further, the duration of use should be agreed with the doctor.
